About the role
As our Employee Engagement Specialist, you will own the programs that make HESTA a place where people genuinely want to show up. Reporting to the Leader, Employee Experience, you will design and deliver a cohesive engagement ecosystem spanning employee wellbeing listening, recognition, DEI, internal communications and digital experience. This is a specialist role with real breadth, where strategy, creativity and execution sit together in the same hands. You will shape culture from the inside
- Design, develop and execute the integrated Engagement Program of work that delivers on the Employee Engagement and Experience Plan
- Shape internal communications and establish tone-of-voice for people and culture initiatives that build connection and drive consistent messaging across the organisation.
- Own the P&C SharePoint intranet presence, designing digital experiences that make it easy for employees and leaders to access programs, policies and resources.
- Own end-to-end management of employee surveys, from planning and launch through to analysis, reporting and post-survey action facilitation.
- Design, develop and manage employee events, including colleague conference and other key engagement milestones throughout the year
About you
You are a strong communicator who brings both structure and creativity to your work. You know how to turn data into a story and a story into action. You are comfortable working across multiple programs at once, and you care deeply about the experience of the people around you.
- Proven experience designing and delivering employee engagement or people experience programs in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with multimedia communication channels, including graphic design, audio and video
- Experience owning employee surveys end-to-end, including analysis, reporting and facilitating action planning with leaders.
- Comfortable managing a SharePoint intranet and designing digital experiences that improve self-service and employee navigation.
- Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
