More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.

We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.

Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact

About the role

Great culture does not happen by accident. Reporting to the Leader, Employee Experience, you will be the engine behind our people programs, coordinating everything from logistics and scheduling to on-the-day delivery and post-event insights across engagement, wellbeing, capability and DEI. You will build strong relationships across the business, grow your career in a P&C function that genuinely invests in its people, and contribute to an organisation that exists to help over a million Australians in health and community services retire well.

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and administration for engagement, wellbeing, DEI and capability programs, keeping initiatives on time and on track.
  • Support the Learning Management System, manage learning queries and prepare reporting that drives smarter planning decisions.
  • Provide hands-on support for in-person, virtual and hybrid events, from set-up through to capturing feedback and insights.
  • Track program participation data and translate it into useful insights that help the team understand what is working and where to focus next.

About you

If you have been looking for a role where you can bring real energy and purpose to your work, we would love to hear from you. You are highly organised, love the detail, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You enjoy working with people, build relationships with warmth and professionalism, and thrive when you are supporting a busy, high-impact team.

  • Solid experience in a team coordination or administration role, ideally within a People & Culture or HR environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator who can manage stakeholder relationships and respond to queries.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting tools and platforms such as a Learning Management System or collaboration tools.
  • A genuine curiosity about best practice in culture, engagement and wellbeing, and a desire to keep learning and growing.
